Lucy is a professional middle eastern dancer (bellydancer) based in the Washington, D.C. area, who performs frequently in the area's Arabic nightclubs, as well as in major shows across the United States. In 2005, Lucy performed by invitation in IAMED's show, Let's Dance! in Los Angeles (now for sale on DVD).
Lucy is a particular favorite of Arabic audiences, and has performed for the Syrian Ambassador and at numerous private Arab functions. She is especially noted for her performances to the music of Om Kolthoum, and is available to teach workshops on this topic upon request.
Lucy is happy to work with you to make sure you get the performance you want. She can provide live music, a DJ spinning international tunes, or numerous dancers (please provide at least two weeks' notice).
